Q When will I receive my on-line purchase?
A If you have an urgent delivery request, please phone us directly for arrangements to be made.  All items will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order and confirmation of availability. Depending on your location, please allow between 3-7days. International orders may take up to 10 days depending on the country location.

Q Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?
A Yes all purchases will arrive beautifully gift-wrapped. If you wish, we can also include a short message with your gift, which will be written on a card and placed in a small envelope.

Q What are the return/refund policies?
A All goods are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 14 days, in original condition in its original box and accompanied by its sales receipt. Returns may be sent to our showroom address. Please ensure you send your goods fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination (Auckland Ring Company will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments). The credit card used for the original transaction will be credited within 78 hours. Auckland Ring Company is not liable to refund any international taxes or duties on exported goods. Gift recipients are entitled to exchange or receive a non-refundable gift certificate. Please ensure you do not to write any one of the words Auckland Ring Company on the parcel.

Q Can I change or cancel an order?
A Yes, please contact us as soon as possible and please have your purchase receipt number handy.

Q Can I have the parcel sent to an address different to mine?
A Yes, during checkout simply indicate the desired delivery address.
If you wish, we can also include a short message with your gift, which will be written on a card and placed in a small envelope.

Q Can I check that my gift has been sent?
A Yes, you can access your order status through your account. Please login here.

Q Can I buy if I am located outside New Zealand? 
A Yes, we ship to many countries outside New Zealand. All stock items are clearly marked including and excluding New Zealand GST. 

Q Can I use a Gift Certificate on-line?
A We recommend you use your Gift Certificate in our showroom, or phone our showroom to verify and redeem your Gift Certificate.

Q How long is a Gift Certificate valid for?
A
All Gift Certificates and in-store credits expire after 3 months.
